The BizWorks Small Business Leadership Conference is the premier professional development and networking opportunity for Small Business Leaders in Chesterfield and throughout the State of Virginia. The conference is designed for small business owners, entrepreneurs, executives, and managers; as well as nonprofit and community leaders to have the opportunity for leaders to share innovative ideas with other business owners.

The conference will be held at SpringHill Suites by Marriott in Chester, VA and will provide several workshops, a Business Pitch Competition and two Keynote Speakers (Christopher R. Jones, The Authentic Leader & Jay Markiewicz, Assistant Professor and Executive Director of Entrepreneurship at the VCU School of Business) followed by an afternoon networking reception.
