Access to capital is one of the most vital parts of any business strategy, and many businesses fail because they cannot fund expansion, payroll, and contracts.
Our region is blessed to have many great national, regional, and community banks with great Bankers working hard to provide the capital businesses need. However, the sad fact is that there are many businesses that, for various reasons, can’t get a loan as they
fail to qualify.
Our Partners at The National Institute for Economic Development have developed a platform they call Institute Capital (ICAP) through which they can help businesses acquire the capital they need to be successful. Powered by the SBA, the Institute reaches out to businesses in multiple states providing access to capital, training, and technical assistance to those unable to obtain them through the traditional banking structure.
