What:
This course is designed to teach you how to use many of the features available in QuickBooks such as:
  • Creating a new company in QuickBooks
  • Modifying the present chart of accounts to suit your needs
  • Adding information to company lists, or editing information in company lists
  • Opening and using registers for any QuickBooks balance sheet accounts
  • Reconciling a QuickBooks checking account
  • Tracking credit card transactions
  • Invoicing Customers
  • Creating Sales Orders
  • Creating General Customer Statements
  • Receiving payments from customers and making bank deposits.
  • Writing QuickBooks checks and assigning amounts to specific expense accounts
  • Working with asset and liability accounts in QuickBooks
What to bring and prerequisites: This class is designed to be hands-on, meaning there will be demo files you can access with your wifi-ready laptop to work along with the instructor. You do not have to have QuickBooks loaded on your laptop. It is not required that you bring a laptop, but it may be helpful. The instructor will be showing the steps on-screen throughout the lessons.

This class is designed for those who are having some issues with QuickBooks or those who are new to the software. Also for those who want to learn how to use more areas of QuickBooks.

Registration Information

$75/person

This is open to the first 15 Pre-paid attendees. So, if you are interested don't wait. We will close the class when we receive 15 pre-paid registrations. That means you will have to register and pay for the class in advance.
